WHERE WILL THE SEVC 2025 BE HELD?
The AVEPA-SEVC National Congress will take place in person from October 23 to 25, 2025, at:

WHO CAN ACCESS THE CONGRESS?
Veterinarians, veterinary industry representatives, laboratories, ATVs, and clinic managers.
Minors under 18 are not admitted to the trade show or the conference rooms.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE COMPLETE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM?

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR THE ROOMS I WANT TO ATTEND?
No. Access to all conference rooms at the Congress is free for all those registered for the "Scientific Program." The rooms have a capacity limit that cannot be exceeded under any circumstances for security reasons.

WILL SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION BE PROVIDED?
Simultaneous translation is provided in all rooms.
To listen to simultaneous translation, you must have a mobile phone and bring headphones to the conference, as they will be necessary to hear the simultaneous translation.
You must scan the QR code available inside the room or in the final program and then listen to the translation.
Mobile phone charging points and Wi-Fi will be provided for those registered.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE PRESENTATION ABSTRACTS?
The speakers' texts will be available on the conference website. A button will be enabled in the menu to access the private section.
All registered participants will have access to the private section of the website with a username and password.
The abstracts will be published a few days before the conference.
The abstracts will be available for three months.

RECORDED CONFERENCES

WILL I BE ABLE TO VIEW CONFERENCES AFTER THE CONFERENCE?
This year, during the in-person AVEPA-SEVC National Congress, two conference rooms will be recorded each day for later broadcast, corresponding to 30% of the total scientific content of the congress.

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO VIEW THE RECORDED CONFERENCES?
Conferences recorded during the National Congress will be published on the conference's WebAPP 72 hours after the end of the in-person congress and will remain available until January 27, 2025.

WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE RECORDED CONFERENCES?
Those registered for the in-person format of the congress will have access to the recorded conferences.

CAN I REGISTER ONLY TO VIEW THE RECORDINGS?
Yes, registration to view the recordings will be available on the day they are published. AVEPA Members have their registration for the recordings included in their annual fee for registrations made before January 27, 2026.

WHERE CAN I WATCH THE RECORDINGS?
The recordings can be viewed by accessing the private section of the conference at the top of this website.

WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
Yes, after registering, you will receive an email. If you don't receive one, please email inscripciones@sevc.info. If you don't receive an email, you are not satisfied that your registration was successful.

WHAT DOES THE "SEVC In-Person Scientific Program" REGISTRATION INCLUDE?
- Access to the General Scientific Program rooms
- Access to the AVEPA-SEVC 2025 Recorded Conferences
- Free access to the Trade Show
- Conference documentation
- Certificate of attendance (only for in-person registrations)
- Coffee breaks (Coffee will be served in the trade show area)

WHERE WILL I GET MY BADGE?
You will receive your badge by email one week before the event; you must print it and bring it with you. You will find lanyards to attach it to when you enter the Conference Center. It is essential to have the badge to enter the Conference Center. The QR code will be scanned to enter and exit the Conference Center.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO PRINT MY BADGE?
A self-printing badge station will be available next to the Conference Secretariat.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE?
You will receive an email to download the certificate after the Conference.

ONCE I REGISTER, CAN I ADD A WORKSHOP OR SYMPOSIUM TO MY REGISTRATION?
Of course. You can access your registration from this LINK with the username and password you used when registering and add the activities you need, as well as the event ticket if you didn't already.

PAYMENT METHODS?
The only payment method is by credit card.

WHAT IF I REGISTER AND CAN'T ATTEND?
Any cancellation must be notified by email to the Technical Secretariat (laura@sevc.info). If the cancellation is received before October 10, 2025, a 100% refund will be issued. Any cancellation received after October 10 will not be eligible for a refund.
REGISTRATION FOR RECORDED CONFERENCES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

TRADE EXHIBITION

WHAT ARE THE TRADE EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS?
Thursday, the 23rd, from 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Friday, the 24th, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, the 25th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE EXPO?
In addition to free access to all Congress exhibitors, you will be able to attend the following:

CATERING

WHERE WILL COFFEE BE SERVED?
Coffee services are included for all attendees.
During the conference coffee breaks, coffee and tea will be served at the catering stations at the Trade Show. Pastries will be distributed throughout the booths and are free for all attendees to consume.

IS LUNCH INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION?
Lunch is not included in any registration fee. The organizers provide cash bars and food trucks for attendees in the Trade Show area, subject to direct payment.

POSTER

HOW CAN I SEE THE POSTERS?
The posters will be available in the entrance hall of the Municipal Conference Center on conference days, from Thursday at 5:30 PM to Saturday at 4:30 PM.

WILL THE POSTERS BE AVAILABLE ON THE CONFERENCE WEBAPP?
All posters received are in the private section of the conference WebAPP.

CAN I ASK THE AUTHORS QUESTIONS?
Yes. On Friday, from 7:15 PM to 8:00 PM, the authors will be in front of the posters so you can ask them questions.
