What is included?
Registration for the SEVC Scientific Programme includes:

The badge is mandatory during the congress. A proof of identity will be needed (Passport).
The SEVC Badge identifies the person who holds it. It cannot be held by a different person than the person registered and named in the Badge. By breaking this rule the Conference organization might cancel the registration and prohibit entry to the registered person.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation or refund has to be notified via email to the Technical Secretariat (secre@sevc.info) Refunds will be paid at the end of the Congress. In cases of cancellation before October 10, 2025 refundation will be made of 100%. Any cancelation made after this date will not be able to claim any refund.
