Scientific Programme for Veterinarians registrations conditions

What does registration for the "SEVC Scientific Program" include?

Registration for the in-person SEVC Scientific Program includes:

  • Access to the Scientific Program rooms for Veterinarians
  • Access to the AVEPA-SEVC 2025 Recorded Conferences
  • Access to the Trade Show
  • Congress Bag
  • Coffee (Coffee will be served in the trade show area)

Students
All veterinary students MUST prove their student status upon registration. Only those enrolled in the "Veterinary Degree" program will be considered "students."
Veterinary graduates completing a residency or internship within a university program must provide proof of this by means of a letter from the university.

Registration Conditions for Exhibitors

The person responsible for coordinating exhibitor registrations is Paola Pizzi - paola@avepa.org.

Once the stand reservation is confirmed, the corresponding link to register as an exhibitor will be sent by email, along with the agreed-upon conditions.

Conditions for registration by non-exhibiting companies

For individual registrations, please use the General Registration Form and enter your company's billing information. Payment is by credit card only.

For group registrations of more than 5 people, please contact Paola Pizzi (paola@avepa.org). An online group registration system will be set up, and an invoice will be issued for payment by bank transfer.

The rate applied to those registered by non-exhibiting companies will be the "general rate." No special prices or discounts will be applied regardless of the registrant's status. These discounts are only applicable to registration and direct payment by the Member.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be notified by email to the Technical Secretariat (laura@sevc.info).
  • If the cancellation is received before October 10, 2025, a 100% refund will be issued. Any cancellation received after October 10 will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The deadline to cancel your free registration as an AVEPA member to the conference without penalty is October 20, 2025.
  • After that date, any cancellation of registration or failure to attend the conference without prior notice will result in a penalty of €60 + VAT, directly debited from the member's account.

RECORDED CONFERENCE REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
