Official Accommodation – SEVC 2026 Barcelona
To help you organise your trip, SEVC provides attendees with access to an official accommodation booking platform managed by our partner housing agency, bnetwork. Through this search tool you can view hotels available during the congress dates, compare options and complete your reservation directly online.
The platform allows you to select your preferred hotel, room type and stay dates, as well as review the rates, availability and booking conditions provided by each establishment.
Reservations are made individually by each attendee through the platform. Availability, prices and booking conditions are managed in real time by Booking.com and the hotels themselves.

Please note that AVEPA and the SEVC organising team do not manage accommodation reservations and are not involved in the payment, modification or cancellation process. All reservations and related conditions are handled directly by the booking platform and the corresponding hotels.
